Gavin Miller

Vice President, Operations

Gavin oversees the optimization of our lines and ensures that all raw materials are transformed into finished products. He enjoys learning about and adopting industry best practices and innovative technology. He believes that D&B’s success rests on two things: loyal customers and outstanding employees.

Gavin began working at D&B as an 11-year-old, filing, cleaning, and sweeping floors. He eventually moved on to the plating lines. After graduating from high school, he attended Saint John’s University, earning degrees in Communications and Business Management. Gavin has also worked in a sheet metal shop and at Best Buy’s corporate office.

He enjoys skiing and hiking with his wife Kaycee, and hunting with brother Landon.
